Jason M. Arnold is a professional accountant living in St Louis, Missouri. He previously lived in Springfield Missouri. In 2003, he received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration from Drury University in Springfield, Missouri. He was born on August 19, 1979. He excelled in high school before completing his undergraduate degree. And then continued his studies to earn his Master in Business Management degree as well as complete the Executive Education programs at Harvard University and the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. After moving to St Louis, he also completed the Leadership Development Program at Washington University’s Olin School of Business.

Later, Jason became a Certified Public Accountant and was hired by G&J Seiberlich & Co in Napa, California. In 2007, he relocated to Tulsa, Oklahoma to serve as Senior Auditor at Deloitte. There he managed full scope audits for a Fortune 500 company. He evaluated internal controls and accounting systems before making recommendations to management. Arnold’s success at the company resulted in him being hired by the CIC Group in St. Louis, Missouri. It was at that company that he served as Director of Finance and Financial Reporting.

Jason oversaw the finances for 10 companies in the CIC Group portfolio with revenue in excess of $1 billon. In 2011, they promoted him to the position of Director of Finance, Financial Reporting, and Risk Management, before ultimately making him the Managing Director of Finance, Financial Reporting, and Directory of Risk Management in 2015. As Managing Director Jason Arnold would oversee the Chief Financial Officers of the firm’s portfolio companies and the CIC Group’s accounting personal. Arnold’s responsibilities included financial forecasting and planning, budgeting and analysis, and corporate compliance issues.

He nurtured relationships with Asian and European banking subsidiaries, with 65 million Euros of unencumbered capital. The relationships saved more than 2 million Euros in foreign currency translation fees and interest. He oversaw acquisitions and sales between 30 and 90 million dollars. His due diligence also revealed a 200 million dollar gap in liability coverage. While at CIC Group, Arnold negotiated nine-figure international surety agreements for the firm. Jason Arnold left the St. Louis firm as a successful business accountant, in 2018.

Since then, Jason Arnold rediscovered his Napa Valley roots. Now, much of his life is spent educating people on the enjoyment and appreciation of wine. Today, he regularly oversees five-figure purchases of wine and is leading the movement to prevent wine fraud.
